5610Z XP DRIVER

Is there a way to get MCE installed without hving to start fresh as I have spent about 6 hours installing drivers etc since I loaded XP on. Also, couldn't I just use someone elses vista dvd if I wanted to put vista back on? If necessary feel free to PM me any help if you don't want to post here.
